  "text": "(1) The competent authorities, insurance authorities and competent institutions of the two States shall assist one another on any matter relating to the application of this Convention, including medical examinations, as if the matter were one affecting the application of their own legislation. This assistance shall be free of charge.\n(2) Where any benefit is payable under the legislation of one State to a person in the territory of the other State, the payment may be made by a competent institution of the latter State at the request of a competent institution of the former State.",
