  "text": "Social Security\nMade 23rd February 2015\nLaid before Parliament 27th February 2015\nComing into force 27th March 2015\nThe Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 6(4), 7(4), 17A(1), 35(1), 36(2)(a) and (4)(a) of, and paragraph 14(b) of Schedule 1 to, the Jobseekers Act 1995 and sections 4(6)(b) and 42(2) and (3) of the Welfare Reform Act 2012:\nThe Social Security Advisory Committee has agreed that the proposals in respect of these Regulations should not be referred to it.",
