# The Social Security (Traineeships and Qualifying Young Persons) Amendment Regulations 2015, Introduction: Introductory text

Coming into force 27th March 2015
The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 6(4), 7(4), 17A(1), 35(1), 36(2)(a) and (4)(a) of, and paragraph 14(b) of Schedule 1 to, the Jobseekers Act 1995 and sections 4(6)(b) and 42(2) and (3) of the Welfare Reform Act 2012:
The Social Security Advisory Committee has agreed that the proposals in respect of these Regulations should not be referred to it.
