  "text": "SOCIAL SECURITY\nMade 28th October 1975\nLaid before Parliament 30th October 1975\nComing into Operation 20th November 1975\nThe Secretary of State for Social Services, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by section 2 of and paragraphs 3 and 9 of Schedule 3 to the Social Security (Consequential Provisions) Act 1975 and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, hereby makes the following regulations:—",
