  "text": "SOCIAL SECURITY\nMade 1st April 1976\nLaid before Parliament 5th April 1976\nComing into Operation 26th April 1976\nThe Secretary of State for Social Services, in exercise of powers conferred upon her by section 2 of, and paragraphs 3, 4 and 9 of Schedule 3 to, the Social Security (Consequential Provisions) Act 1975 and all other powers enabling her in that behalf, hereby makes the following regulations:—",
