Laid before Parliament 5th April 1976
Coming into Operation 26th April 1976
The Secretary of State for Social Services, in exercise of powers conferred upon her by section 2 of, and paragraphs 3, 4 and 9 of Schedule 3 to, the Social Security (Consequential Provisions) Act 1975 and all other powers enabling her in that behalf, hereby makes the following regulations:—
