# The Social Security (Transitional) Amendment Regulations 1976, Regulation 3: Amendment of the Social Security (Credits) Regulations 1975


In the Social Security (Credits) Regulations 1975 in regulation 10 (transitional provisions)—
(a) in paragraph (1) for the reference to “2(b)” there shall be substituted the reference “2(1)(b)” ;
(b) in paragraph (5) there shall be added at the end the words
“subject to the modification that for head (ii) of sub-paragraph (b) of that paragraph there shall be substituted the following head:—
“(`(ii) which occurred before the beginning of the appropriate period set out in regulation 2(1) of the Social Security (Maternity Allowance) (Transitional)Regulations 1974'”.”.
