  "text": "In regulation 19 of the Social Security (Unemployment, Sickness and Invalidity Benefit) Regulations 1975 (additional conditions with respect to the receipt of unemployment benefit), in paragraph (5) for the reference to “ paragraph 2(a)” there shall be substituted a reference to “paragraph (3)(a)”.",
