# The Social Security (Transitional) Amendment Regulations 1976, Regulation 4: Amendment of the Social Security (Unemployment, Sickness and Invalidity Benefit) Regulations 1975


In regulation 19 of the Social Security (Unemployment, Sickness and Invalidity Benefit) Regulations 1975 (additional conditions with respect to the receipt of unemployment benefit), in paragraph (5) for the reference to “ paragraph 2(a)” there shall be substituted a reference to “paragraph (3)(a)”.
