Regulation 5 Amendment of the Social Security (Death Grant) Regulations 1975

In regulation 7 of the Social Security (Death Grant) Regulations 1975^f1 (transitional provisions relating to the contribution condition for a death grant) after the words “so however that any contributions” there shall be inserted the words “credited to him in respect of any period after his entry into insurance under that Act or any contributions actually paid by or in respect of him” .
