  "text": "These regulations amend regulation 10 of the Social Security (Widow's Benefit and Retirement Pensions) Regulations 1979 (conditions for entitlement to a Category D retirement pension) by substituting for paragraph (a) a requirement that to be entitled to Category D retirement pension a person must have resided in Great Britain for an aggregate period of at least 10 years in any continuous period of 20 years which includes the day before he attains the age of 80 or any day thereafter. Persons who failed to satisfy the former regulation 10(a) may satisfy the new condition from 26th November 1984.",
