  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the Social Security (Widow’s Benefit and Retirement Pensions) Regulations 1979 (S.I. 1979/642) by providing for a day not to be treated as a day of increment for the purposes of determining increases to a retirement pension if it is a day in respect of which a person receives graduated retirement benefit.",
