  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend regulation 17 of the Social Security (Widow’s Benefit and Retirement Pensions) Regulations 1979 (“the Widow’s Benefit and Retirement Pensions Regulations”) to prescribe Graduated Retirement Benefit as a payment, the receipt of which by persons over 80 years of age may entitle a person to age addition.\nThe Regulations also amend the conditions otherwise prescribed for persons to receive an age addition under regulation 17(2) of the Widow’s Benefit and Retirement Pensions Regulations.\nThese Regulations do not impose a charge on business.",
