# The Social Security (Work-focused Interviews) Amendment Regulations 2005, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security (Work-focused Interviews) Amendment Regulations 2005 and shall come into force on 31st October 2005.
(2) In these Regulations—
“the Jobcentre Plus Regulations 2001” means the Social Security (Jobcentre Plus Interviews) Regulations 2001;
“the Jobcentre Plus Regulations 2002” means the Social Security (Jobcentre Plus Interviews) Regulations 2002;
“the Lone Parents Regulations” means the Social Security (Work-focused Interviews for Lone Parents) and Miscellaneous Amendments Regulations 2000;
“the Quarterly Lone Parents Regulations” means the Social Security (Quarterly Work-focused Interviews for Certain Lone Parents) Regulations 2004; and
“the Work-focused Interviews Regulations” means the Social Security (Work-focused Interviews) Regulations 2000.
