  "text": "(1) In regulation 4A(1) of the Claims and Payments Regulations , after the words “to any office\" there shall be inserted the words “ of a relevant authority ”.\n(2) In regulation 6(1) of the Social Security (Claims and Information) Regulations 1999 for the words “Part I or II of Schedule 1 to these Regulations\" there shall be substituted the words “ paragraph (3) ”.",
