  "text": "The Welsh Ministers may publish—\n(a) information about the provision of care and support (or, in the case of carers, support) of the kind described in section 8(3), and\n(b) reports on the progress made by local authorities and others towards the achievement of—\n(i) the outcomes specified in a statement under section 8;\n(ii) the quality standards and performance targets (if any) specified in a code under section 9.",
