  "text": "(1) The following provisions come into force on the day after the day on which this Act receives Royal Assent—\nPart 1;\nsection 196;\nsection 197;\nsection 198;\nthis section;\nsection 200.\n(2) The remaining provisions of this Act come into force on a day appointed by the Welsh Ministers by order.\n(3) An order made under subsection (2) may appoint different days for different purposes.\n(4) An order made under subsection (2) may not commence the provision in subsections (1) and (2) of section 32 before regulations made under subsections (3) and (4) of that section have come into force.",
