  "text": "In this Schedule the following expressions have the meanings assigned to them—\n“approved school” means a school approved under section 83 of the Children and Young Persons (Scotland) Act 1937.\n“approved school order” has the meaning assigned to it by section 110(1) of the said Act of 1937.\n“remand home” has the meaning assigned to it by section 78(1) of the Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 1949.\n“supervision order” has the meaning assigned to it by section 72 of the said Act of 1949.",
