  "text": "In section 110(1), in the definition of “Child”, for the words “Part III” there shall be substituted the words “Parts III and IV” ; and for the definition of “Place of safety” there shall be substituted the following definition—\n““Place of safety” has the same meaning as in the Social Work (Scotland) Act 1968 ;”\nand after the definition of “Remand” there shall be inserted the following definition\n““Residential establishment” has the same meaning as in the Social Work (Scotland) Act 1968.”",
