Regulation 11 Sugar content condition: designated food labelling obligation
The mandatory nutrition declarations in Articles 9(1) and 30(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the provision of food information to consumersf1 are designated for the purposes of Part 2 as food labelling obligationsf2.
