# The Soft Fruit Plants (Scotland) Order 1991, Article 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) This Order may be cited as the Soft Fruit Plants (Scotland) Order 1991 and shall come into force on 13th September 1991.
(2) This Order extends to Scotland only.
