Article 8 Licences

(1)

Notwithstanding the provisions of this Order, any plant may be sold or planted under and in accordance with the conditions of a licence issued by the Secretary of State.

(2)

Any licence issued in accordance with paragraph (1) of this article may be varied or revoked by the Secretary of State as he thinks fit.
