# The Soft Fruit Plants (Scotland) Order 1991, Introduction: Introductory text

Laid before Parliament 23rd August 1991
Coming into force 13th September 1991
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 1(2)(b), 3(1), 3(2), 3(4) and 4(1) of the Plant Health Act 1967(), and section 20 of the Agriculture (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1972() and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, with the consent of the Treasury, hereby makes the following Order:
