  "text": "(1) If the solicitor or his personal representative is a trustee of a trust , the Society may apply to the High Court for an order for the appointment of a new trustee in substitution for him.\n(2) The Trustee Act 1925 shall have effect in relation to an appointment of a new trustee under this paragraph as it has effect in relation to an appointment under section 41 of that Act.",
