  "text": "(1) An extract from the roll, or an extract from the register kept under section 10A, which is certified as correct by the Society is evidence of the matters mentioned in it.\n(2) A certificate from the Society stating that—\n(a) a person's name is or was on the roll, or\n(b) a person is or was registered in the register kept under section 10A,\nis evidence of the matters stated.",
