# The Solicitors (Disciplinary Proceedings) Rules 1994, Article 10


The Tribunal may give directions to the parties.Set out in the Second Schedule to these Rules is a summary of time limits contained in the Rules which shall apply to all Applications unless in a particular Application the Tribunal at the request of any party or of its own motion amends or adds to them.
