# The Solicitors (Disciplinary Proceedings) Rules 1994, Article 3


For the hearing and determination by a division of the Tribunal of any Application in accordance with the provisions of these Rules, a solicitor member of the Tribunal (so appointed by the President) shall act as its Chairman, provided that, in the absence of such appointment, a solicitor member shall act as Chairman.
