# The Solicitors (Disciplinary Proceedings) Rules 2019, Article 51: Transitional provisions

These Rules do not apply to proceedings in respect of which an Application is made before the date on which these Rules come into force and those proceedings will be subject to the Solicitors (Disciplinary Proceedings) Rules 2007 as if they had not been revoked.
