# The Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal (Appeals and Amendment) Rules 2011, Rule 3: Composition of panel

Extent: E+W

(1) A Panel of at least three members of the Tribunal shall be appointed by the Tribunal for the hearing of any appeal.
(2) Unless the President otherwise directs, the majority of the Panel members shall be solicitor members.
