# Solicitors (Northern Ireland) Order 1976, Article 45: Procedure on application by solicitor or former solicitor


Where an application is made under Article 44(1)(a), (b), (c) or (d), the Tribunal—
(a) shall inform the Society of the application; and
(b) shall hold an inquiry.
