# Solicitors (Northern Ireland) Order 1976, Article 50: Application of Bankers' Books Evidence Act 1879


An application to or an inquiry or other proceeding before the Tribunal shall be a legal proceeding within the meaning of section 10 of the Bankers' Books Evidence Act 1879 1879 c.11.
