# The Solicitors’ Recognised Bodies (Amendment) Order 2009, Article 3: Amendments consequential upon the Legal Services Act 2007


Omit the word “corporate” in the definition of “recognised body” in the following provisions—
(a) article 2 of the Solicitors’ (Non-Contentious Business) Remuneration Order 1994; and
(b) article 7(3) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) Order 2001.
