# The Somalia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) (Amendment) Regulations 2021, Introduction: Introductory text


This Statutory Instrument has been printed to correct errors in SI 2020/642 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1 and 45 of the Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering Act 2018, considers that the requirements of section 45(2) of the Act are satisfied and makes the following Regulations:
