Article 4 Abolition of districts and dissolution of district councils
On 1st April 2023—
(a)
the following local government areas are abolished—
(i)
the district of Mendip;
(ii)
the district of Sedgemoor
(iii)
the district of Somerset West and Taunton; and
(iv)
the district of South Somerset; and
(b)
the district councils are wound up and dissolved.
