  "text": "(1) The parish of Hartshorne is divided into two wards named respectively—\n(a) Hartshorne and Goseley;\n(b) Midway.\n(2) Each ward comprises the area designated on the map by reference to the name of the ward.\n(3) Nine councillors are to be elected for Hartshorne and Goseley ward.\n(4) Six councillors are to be elected for Lower Midway ward.",
