# The South Downs National Park Authority (Establishment) Order 2010, Article 15: Application of section 4A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990


In relation to the South Downs National Park, the date specified as the time from which section 4A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (National Parks with National Park authorities) applies is 1st April 2011.
