  "text": "This Statutory Instrument has been printed in substitution of the SI of the same number and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.\nEducation, England\nMade 19th January 2010\nLaid before Parliament 25th January 2010\nComing into force 15th February 2010\nThe Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 27 of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992 (“the Act”).\nThis Order is made with the consent of the further education corporation established to conduct Derby College. It is made for the purpose of giving effect to a proposal for the dissolution of the further education corporation established to conduct The South East Derbyshire College (“the corporation”) made by the Learning and Skills Council for England. The Secretary of State has consulted the corporation.",
