# The South Eastern Police (Amalgamation) Amendment Scheme Order 1989, Paragraph 8


At the end of Article 19 there shall be added the following:—
“who shall be either the Chief Executive of the Lothian Regional Council or the Chief Executive of the Borders Regional Council.” .
