# The South Hampshire Rapid Transit Order 2001, Article 49: Power to charge fares


The undertaker may demand, take and recover or waive such charges for carrying passengers or goods on the authorised transit system, or for any other services or facilities provided in connection with the operation of the authorised transit system, as it thinks fit.
