# The South Hampshire Rapid Transit Order 2001, Article 51: Concessionary travel


Sections 93 to 102 and 112 of the Transport Act 1985 (which make provision for travel concession schemes) shall apply to transit services, notwithstanding that such services may not be eligible services as defined in section 94(4) of that Act.
