# The South Humber Bank Energy Centre Order 2021, Article 20: Apparatus and rights of statutory undertakers in stopped up streets

Extent: E+W+S

Where a street is temporarily altered or diverted or its use is temporarily stopped up under article 12 (construction and maintenance of new or altered means of access) or article 13 (temporary stopping up of streets and public rights of way) any statutory utility whose apparatus is under, in, on, along or across the street is to have the same powers and rights in respect of that apparatus, subject to Schedule 8 (protective provisions), as if this Order had not been made.
