  "text": "(1) The undertaker must, as soon as practicable after the making of this Order, submit to the Secretary of State copies of—\n(a) the access and rights of way plan;\n(b) the book of reference;\n(c) the environmental statement;\n(d) the land plans;\n(e) the works plans;\n(f) the indicative lighting strategy;\n(g) the biodiversity strategy;\n(h) the framework construction traffic management plan;\n(i) the swept path analysis plan; and\n(j) the indicative landscape strategy;\nfor certification that they are true copies of the documents referred to in this Order.\n(2) A plan or document so certified is admissible in any proceedings as evidence of the contents of the document of which it is a copy.",
