Article 1 Citation and commencement and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the South Stoke Primary Care Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 2002 and shall come into force on 1st April 2002.

In this Order—

• “the Principal Order” means the South Stoke Primary Care Trust (Establishment) Order^f1; and

• “the trust” means the trust established by the Order.
