# The Southend Education Action Zone Order 1999, Article 5: Education Action Forum


The Forum may at any time appoint additional members as follows—
(a) up to three elected members of Southend Borough Council;
(b) up to seven governors of zone schools;
(c) up to three persons representing the interests of business;
(d) up to two parents of registered pupils attending zone schools; and
(e) up to two persons representing the interests of the voluntary sector.
