# The Southend on Sea Primary Care Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 2001, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order amends the establishment order of the Southend on Sea Primary Care Trust (“the trust”), a Primary Care Trust established by Order under section 16A of the National Health Service Act 1977 by removing the restriction contained in article 8 of the order so that the trust may provide services directly to patients.
