In section 8 (charge of payments under the Act) omit—

(a)

“for the payments under section two thereof for the Queen's Civil List,”;

(b)

the words from “for Her Majesty's children” to “for his widow,”;

(c)

“, and for the payment of Civil List pensions (whether granted before or after the passing of this Act),”;

(d)

the words from “, and, in particular” to the end.
