# Sovereign Grant Act 2011, Paragraph 18


In section 43(2) of the Forestry Act 1967 (contingent liability to Crown Estate)—
(a) for the words from the beginning to “that Fund” substitute “ If section 1 of the Sovereign Grant Act 2011 ceases to have effect ”;
(b) for “the Fund” substitute “ the Consolidated Fund ”.
