  "text": "Conditions requiring spaceflight activities to be carried out at—\n(a) a spaceport that the licensee or another person is authorised to operate by a spaceport licence,\n(b) an aerodrome licensed under an Air Navigation Order,\n(c) an aerodrome occupied for the purposes of the armed forces of the Crown, or\n(d) an aerodrome authorised by a certificate under Commission Regulation (EU) No 139/2014 of 12 February 2014 laying down requirements and administrative procedures related to aerodromes pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 216/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council.",
