  "text": "In Schedule 4 to the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (offences to which defence in section 45 does not apply), after paragraph 36 insert—\n“36A An offence under any of the following provisions of Schedule 4 to the Space Industry Act 2018—\nparagraph 1 (hijacking of spacecraft)\nparagraph 2 (destroying, damaging or endangering safety of spacecraft)\nparagraph 3 (other acts endangering or likely to endanger safety of spacecraft)\nparagraph 4 (endangering safety at spaceports)\nparagraph 5 (offences in relation to certain dangerous articles).”",
