  "text": "(1) Training regulations may make provision requiring training to be provided only by a person approved by, or on behalf of, the regulator.\n(2) Training regulations may make provision—\n(a) requiring training to cover prescribed matters;\n(b) requiring the content of training to be approved by, or on behalf of, the regulator.\n(3) Training regulations may make provision about—\n(a) training facilities;\n(b) craft or vehicles to be used for the purposes of training;\n(c) the use of training devices.\n(4) Training regulations may make provision about inspection of approved training providers and approved assessors.",
